Comedian. Life Coach. Ok, I'll stop texting, sorry.
Has been called the Jewish J.Lo, the Beyonce of stand-up comedy, and a young Meryl Streep, by her Mother.
Hi! I'm Sara! Thank you for being here!
"Brilliant! One of the scenes brightest stars..." - Washington Post, 2013
Here's where I'm at: In 2013, I was voted runner-up in the Washington City Paper’s Readers Poll for Best Comedian in DC (2013) and now I live in NY but feature at clubs and festivals throughout the country. Festivals include the Women in Comedy Festival, the Laughing Skull Festival, and Hell Yes Fest. Some clubs include the Improv, Sidesplitters, Helium, and Magoobys, and otherwise I'm working things out in the city and in my brain. While I'm not currently on a team, I have trained, taught, and performed on both Harold and House ensembles at the Washington Improv Theatre. Oh also, In 2013, I won an ADDY Award for a comedy PSA I wrote and directed for the City of Philadelphia. When I'm not writing or performing I work as a life & creativity coach. I love all things self-development. Creating my life is my hobby. Learn more about Coaching on the Coach Ra page. For some samples of my work check out the Video page. I've been on a bunch of podcasts, too -- I'll post them soon, I know even though no one's saying it, you're dying for them.
With Love and Gratitude, Sara
