COMEDIAN

A born comedian, Sara has been leading audiences in laughter since she was a kid. Sara’s comedy is natural and improvisational in nature. She creates a “living room vibe” while on stage and audiences feel as if they’re catching up with an old friend. Set’s are full of confessional storytelling , tangential gossip, and punchlines to delight and surprise you with every twist and turn.

Sara has appeared on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, NY’s Funniest on STARZ, and can be heard on Dan Savage’s Hot Mic on Audible, Sounds Like America on Audible, and on Comedy Central's Sirius XM show "You Up" with Nikki Glaser.  Sara has been featured in the New Yorker, New York Times, NY Post, Washington Post, Elle Magazine, Cosmopolitan and more. Sara works all the major clubs in New York and has been called “undeniable” by Caroline Hirsch, founder Caroline’s on Broadway, where she is a club regular.

PRODUCER

Sara has a BA in screenwriting and film production from Boston University (COM ‘08) and as a producer Sara has spearheaded creative on a number of commercial campaigns, represents a handful of talented directors, and won a Gold Addy for a mock PSA she wrote for the Mayors Office of the City of Philadelphia.

CREATIVITY COACHING & LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Sara is a certified life coach, creative consultant, and astrologer who has worked with hundreds of creatives, couples, collectives, and companies since opening her private practice in 2012. She considers herself an “alternative coach” where as opposed to goal chasing or being achievement oriented, Sara works primarily with clients to undo ego-based programing that has us trying to fix or get ahead, find ways to make even bad feelings seem fun, and achieve joy in the moment, first and foremost. This approach encourages us contact ourselves at a deeper level and move then more forward into creation-mode, from a place of pure excitement and love. Goals feel hard to achieve when you’re being hard on yourself. Work with Sara to practice surrendering fear, going with the flow, and getting into such a comfortable dialogue with your intuition that you feel you have your back 100% of the time. Last, but certainly not least , Sara is the host and producer of what has been hailed as the “only actually fun thing to do on Zoom these days” —- The Moonual!! in combining everything she loves, Sara leads private moon rituals on the New and Full Moon at The Moonual, which since it’s inception in 2016 has grown from a monthly women’s comedy showcase (at Carolines, then later The Stand) into a vibrant online community for the astro-curious, anchored in bi-monthly healing-comedy events on the New and Full Moon. Show programing varies based on the specific energy the Moon sign that night, are interactive, heavily improvised, and really fuckin’ magical.
